Hi, I'm Britney Jamison. I'm Vice President of Operations and Finance at Cross 2 Design Group in Seattle. We're an architectural firm that focuses on waterproofing design and solutions. We have been in business for 15 years now, and the team is heavily involved in building envelopes. They love to learn about it and love to do it; so, that's kind of our bread and butter. If you are interested in learning more about Cross 2 Design Group, you can find us on all the regular avenues: website, email, LinkedIn, Facebook. But email is the easiest way to find us. You guys have come in a couple of different capacities. You've come in when we're working on projects and, say, we've got big paper sets. Guys have come in and scanned all of our project drawings. We can send it to the architects; we can use it in the field on our iPads. So, we have that arena. Even though we're a small firm, we do a ton of production in Washington state. And with all of that, there are a lot of business transactions. I probably have five or six hundred transactions a month, and all of them have a paper trail, source document. And that, again, that's where you guys come in. Where, you know, there's 500 pages that need individually scanned, or sometimes it's bigger sets, say monthly invoicing, and you've got a couple hundred that have all the source documents, all the backup. And, you know, there's always a risk of audits, and that's pretty much every month or two. There's always a need to come back in and get more scanning. So, I use you guys probably five or six times a year. Since the last year or two, I reached out to four or five companies, we did an interview with each of them, and you guys blew me out of the park with how easy it was. Some of them required that we actually go to them and drop off the documents. I didn't have to do anything but hand him a box; that was it. So, typically, Liberty Scanning and I have been on a schedule either Tuesday or Friday, and I have never seen a turnaround less than a week, except when there was a really, really big project. It was our initial onboarding, and I gave him probably four boxes. The process was the most appealing thing for me for Liberty Scanning. And the fact that Ryan and his team at Liberty Scanning always checked in with me when they kind of understood my schedule. If it was like every two months, he would come to me, and I was already like it was already on my schedule for that week to reach out to him. So, he was really good about figuring out trends of how often I had a need. Right now, we're at a weak turnaround, fast like a lightning bolt. That is like door-to-scan very fast. I wouldn't recommend anybody else; you guys are the greatest. And they're not paying me to say that.
