Oatridge Security - Client Spotlight

My name is Colby Oatridge, and I'm the General Manager with Oatridge Security Group. Oatridge Security Group is a family-owned company based out of Tacoma, Washington. We provide physical security services to federal government and commercial clients. Liberty Scanning picked up about, I want to say, a personnel files of current and previous employees, and the files contained sensitive documents related to HR. They scanned all of those individual personnel files and created folders for each terminated and active employee, which we then put into our SharePoint drive. Legally, we have to keep personnel files on hand for a certain amount of years, and specific portions of those files had to be on hand for each terminated and active employee. We were not missing a single file, and there was not a folder that was out of place after the scanning project was done.
